Well if a contract system was initiated then, in contracts there are possibilities to mutually terminate/release player's contracts. Also selling a player/another team buying out a contract.

But...

Contracts is a stupid idea at this moment in time when the gameplay itself isn't up to scratch. It just complicates the game too much, "leave team"/"accept/reject" are good for a game like this, no-one wants to be tied down to one team for a long period of time especially if you are active and the team goes inactive.

First thing is first, improve on the little things for example moderators (more needed), then maybe the green screen issue, then minor bugs in the game.

Player signs contract -> Player wants to leave team -> Player can't leave team due to contract -> Player refuses to play for team
-> Player quits game

Without contracts:

Player joins team -> players hops to other teams -> player leaves game

It makes people think twice before they join a team. Also makes it more enjoyable for managers. The game is focusing to much on the playing aspect and too less on the managing aspect. Not sure where you're going with this but I don't think there is any correlation to the amount of managers and how well the game is progressing. There's enough teams to play a decent amount of games every day. It's other factors that are hindering the games development. There simply isn't enough players to have more teams.

About Benfica & Schalke, they probably play against eachother because they are at the same level or something like that.
How fun is it to play against Santos, Fenerbahce when you are new?
No u will not get better as a player or team if u loose with 10-0.
It's better to play against teams which are at same level.
It's funnier if it's a hard fight, and you will get better in both defence and attack.

It's fuckin sad that this game has so few players, well yh it has not been so many updates. But still it's a good game.
The reason why it's so few players is that "the best players" scare them away. (Not all of you, but many)

This game is not beginner-friendly.

1. At reg there is just great players, stats hunters and latinos.
(Big difference: The great players screams about how bad the beginners are, the stats hunters leaves the game cuz they got -, and latinos destroys while just being themselves.

2. Because beginners do not get the opportunity to develop in reg / beginners. Against/With nice, suitable players give them tips, etc.
And no players who asks them to fuck off and call them worthless.
Then we not get more teams, cuz there is no players that feels good enough to challange against the teams which already exist.

3. There is many teams with too much players..
It would be enough with maximum 10 players.. Not have like 20.

4. Using 2nd nicks destroys the game also.
You need to have 2nd nicks when you are new to have a chance.. Sad but true. So if you are a new team, playing against a new team.
First it turned out as 4-4 then 4-3, And then... the opponents taking in a guy from Fenerbahce or something ant it turned out as 2-8.

The game, in it's current state, is driving the top teams and players away. How fun is it to challenge for hours and hours and still not play a match? The main priority, at the moment, should be to keep the existing players. We can advertise all we like, but if the players who already play are leaving the game then what good is it?

 There should be some improvements

1) if anyone swears to other players you get banned for example ( you fucking useless bastard). Only for reg

2) More Home arena options you can do like ( Lights, your team logo in middle of the pitch and decorate your gk outfits and different kind of stripes of football shirts) this should be more than kiekko hockey.

3) Of course we need a referee,without a referee this game looks like table tennis and we need like if you dont want to play, but if your the owner of your team, you can stand up showing tactics to them doing silent languages

4) We need attention like fans and people who support the team and dress the same outfits as the football team but different (NOT ALL THE SAME) only in team games or in reg

5) If you helping the other team have tg and your team doing then moderators or the admin should banned them from this site ( more safety issues )

6) same gk all the time and they need to improve more for example ( when it peno if you shoot the bottom corner and the gk saves it and the gk should be more harder to the players so this game be more fun and addicted aswell

1) Get back oldserver with these settings: (no tactics, no bufferstrategy, no pitch updates, no player customs) and the most important, OLD SERVER MENU

GOALKEEPERS
3) Everyone moans when goalkeepers r good, when goal keepers are bad, they have no opinion really, get back 2010 gks

4) Goalkeepers are fat and cant move fast, dive unlike in real life and sometimes easy shots exactly toward goalkeeprs hand, he doesnt save it.

5) Even with similar level between two teams, match cant end like 90mins in real life i mean not results like that total goals per match (0 to 5)

OTHERS
6) 1 of the biggest problems: small pitch for 5v5 (sometimes i feel evel 4v4 should get bigger pitch abit)

7) Goals should have better look.

8) Goals should be higher

9) Players must be Taller + setting to change height and body

10) Body tackles By left mouse click while without the ball, there should be effect of pushing player or so, faster > stronger tackle and when he tackles from behind its freekick but without card.

11) Sometimes player uses clicking to get the ball from behind, if he does that, he will surely tackle opponent so it should be a freekick

12) Like in hockey, when players push eachothers, both become slower

13) More balls in prac room

14) Bragging about win (Facebook > Share) (Twitter > Tweet) in Soccer.kiekko.tk Page.

E: 15) Sometimes when we pass to goalkeeper he goes to it, when it comes closer to him he leaves it > corner.

The problem is that some people romanticize the old server. It wasn't as good as they are saying now.
